Korean Web Content Writer
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and updating website content
- Understanding clients’ business, strategy and product/service offerings and develop content accordingly
- Creating original copy, editing existing collateral copy for web use that incorporates relevant SEO friendly keywords and phrases
- Collaborates with the web team to ensure accurate, timely posting of content
- Writes, edits and/or identifies all web content including general information, events, news items, photos/graphics
- Ensures content meets editorial style, consistency, and accuracy standards
- Collaborates with the web team to ensure the site supports marketing efforts by offering regularly updated information, a visually pleasing experience with complementary text and images and smooth web page navigation

Requirements

PRTech is Seeking a self-motivated person with strong sales and interpersonal communications skills and the ability to cultivate and enhance existing customer relations.
The ideal candidate will work to ensure the success of each client’s e-marketing strategies and has the lead responsibility in managing the post-sale relationship with the clients. Provides day-to-day, front line contact with clients to ensure superior service and account satisfaction. The Client Services Manager collaborates with the sales department and production teams to anticipate client needs, innovate, and problem solve.
Duties
- Liaison between clients and inside operations staff.
- Setting up and executing outside sales appointments, and responsible for making capabilities and recommendations proposals and presentations with strategic, thoughtful and well-packaged materials.
- Assisting with details of contracts and project management for our web production.
- Maintain highest level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide feedback on the introduction of new products and features.
